Tomorrow Never Comes?????

Hello Friends

Welcome to 2021! Didn’t we say farewell to 2020? – it seems it hasn’t left us yet and seeping into the new year. There is still unfinished business with 2020. I trust you are all well.

I have started my long walks again and reading intensely again.

I have just finished reading Chelsea Chicks by Maria Perry – may be quite a misnomer, maybe not. The origins of Chelsea and the Kings Road make interesting reading. The book is dedicated to our very own Fiona Macdonald, who contributed to the book. I can also reveal that Fiona also once graced the pages of ‘Harpers and Queens‘. To my shame I have never heard of Manolos shoes -( hands up if you own MB shoes) and did not know about the prestigious Chelsea Arts Ball. We live and learn.

A gentle reminder to say, I can still cook. Please let me know if you have missed my food.

My next book to read, The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump is a 2017 book edited by Bandy X. Lee, a forensic psychiatrist, containing essays from 27 psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals describing the “clear and present danger” that US President Donald Trump‘s mental health poses to the “nation and individual well being”. Well, well, well.

Love and best wishes
