I am Deaba, owner of Deaba’s Catering & Foods. From a very early age in Ghana where I was born I have had a passion for cooking, watching my mother, aunties and others cook and experimenting with ingredients I could afford as soon as I had the opportunity. Despite my passion for cooking I went to university and studied history and have had a career in administration for several years – working for the Sunday Telegraph, Westminster Council and others. Over many years I have cultivated my own signature foods from foods from Africa, European and Asian and cooking for friends and families’ parties.

About eleven years ago I decided to set up Deaba’s Catering from the tranquility of my home where I work best. I am very organised, focused and diligent. Deaba’s Catering is registered with Wandsworth Council and proud to have been awarded a 5Star Food Hygiene rating. We provide catering services for a wide range of events including parties, shops, pubs, wine bars, fundraising and people who enjoy home cooking without the hassle and iwe will deliver you the best service straight to your door.

Apart from cooking my other passions are dancing and keeping fit. I am a member of the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Battersea Park.
