I love the carrot cake, it’s moist, full of flavour. Several trips to the cake tin means it does not last long. My favourites, the spicy plantain balls and blackeye beans spicy cakes (akara) with the coriander sauce. Fantastic taste combination hot or cold. I love these, full of flavour the sweet and savoury and coriander sauce fantastic snack or first course if out to impress a special someone!
