This week I am offering Jolloff Rice meal. What is jolloff rice? It is rice cooked in tomato rich sauce. Its origins is disputed in West Africa – Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone all claim it. Whatever, Deaba has her own special recipe just for you.
